I’ve lived in the so called Bay Area settled on Ohlone land all my life! I’m a dog lover turned cat mama! I love crystals, obsessed with the subconscious mind, learning about the metaphysical, all things hippie dippie woo woo, napping, and snacking, lots of snacking!
As I’ve gotten older, health and wellness have crept it’s way to the fore front of my mind. The body doesn’t bounce back and recover the same like it did in my twenties! Y’all feel me on this?!
It’s important to be more mindful about how we take care of our bodies, mentally and physically. During the pandemic, I was given the gift of time and I wanted to use it with the fullest intention. I dug deep into my existence and purpose and followed the clues and guidance the Universe would sprinkle along the way. It lead me to this moment, the moment where it was clear to me, that I am here to help you find Peace, Power, and Purpose through many different offerings during your visit like creating a sacred space, intentional haircutting, reiki energy clearing, and good old listening.
We don’t need to live in a world of do’s and dont’s into confined and conditioned ideas of what Beauty is. It truly is within you always. I say live and LET LIVE, especially with your hair!!!
Spending hours a day on your everyday hair is not my jam and it’s apart of my goals to help you simplify your hair routine because nobody got time for that! Treat your hair at the source and that comes from an inner level. It’s a mind body spirit connection!
